1. Confirming your booking and payment

After we receive your request we check vehicle availability. If we can proceed, we confirm the booking and ask for the documents needed for the contract (passport / ID, driving licence, and for companies the documents listed in the Russian section above and in the service rules). Payment is requested in EUR by secure link or another method we indicate.

A booking requires 100% prepayment of the rental session. The rental is not confirmed until we have confirmed availability and received full prepayment (unless we agree otherwise in writing for operational reasons). APEX and INFINITE members may settle the same 100% from the club card balance where membership rules allow. We send correspondence to the contacts you provide.

Some rentals also require a security deposit (card pre-authorisation / hold) before or at hand-over; where an authorisation form is required, it must be completed as instructed.

2. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep website information accurate, but descriptions, photos and indicative rates may change. The binding commercial terms for a specific rental are those confirmed for your booking and set out in the contract. You are responsible for driving lawfully. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, wilful damage, off-road use where prohibited, racing or careless driving is forbidden; you accept responsibility for claims arising from such conduct.

3. Fuel and deposits

Unless the contract states otherwise, return the vehicle with at least the same fuel level as at pick-up (otherwise refuelling plus a service fee may apply). The security deposit amount depends on vehicle class and is stated in the contract. The default method is a card hold at hand-over. Unused deposit is released after inspection, subject to fuel, damage, fines and other amounts due under the contract. Release timing depends on the bank (often several business days). The security deposit is not a limitation of liability unless expressly stated in the Rental Agreement. APEX and INFINITE club benefits regarding deposit apply only if stated in the membership / rental documents.

4. Age, licence and additional drivers

Minimum age is generally 21; certain supercars may require a higher age and/or longer driving experience (typically 3–5 years). Additional drivers must be declared in advance and meet the same requirements; fees follow the confirmed tariff (indicative extra-driver charge is stated on rate materials). International Driving Permit may be required depending on the country of rental.

5. Hire period, late pick-up / early return

The rental runs according to the dates and times confirmed for your booking. Daily rates are calculated on 24-hour units unless a chauffeur hourly product is confirmed. Extensions after pick-up must be agreed with us and may be charged at the then-applicable rate. Unused time for late pick-up or early return is generally not refunded. If you cannot collect on time, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to keep the vehicle available.

6. Delivery, one-way and cross-border use

Delivery or collection at a hotel, airport or address may be available for a fee (indicative city / airport fees appear on rate materials). One-way rentals and travel to another country require prior written agreement and may involve extra documents or charges. Remote or restricted areas require prior approval.

7. Cancellations, amendments and no-show

Cancellation and amendment conditions are confirmed in writing at the time of booking confirmation and form part of the Rental Agreement (including any retention of prepayment). They may depend on how close the start date is and on the vehicle class. Always cancel in writing (e-mail) as early as possible.

A no-show includes failing to collect at the agreed time without timely notice, failing to provide required documents, or failing to provide a valid payment / deposit method in the main driver’s name with sufficient available funds. In a no-show, prepaid amounts may be retained in full as stated in the booking confirmation, and we may release the vehicle to other clients.

Amendments requested by you may change the price. If we must change an accepted booking for operational reasons, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and, if the change is material and unacceptable to you, offer a refund of amounts paid for the unused service; we are not liable for further indirect losses except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

8. Insurance, accidents and breakdowns

Vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance subject to an excess (franchise) by class, as stated in the contract. Zero excess is not included for everyone in the base rate; club tiers or paid options may reduce excess only if expressly stated. Unless expressly included, damage to tyres, wheels, glass, interior or underbody may be excluded from insurance coverage. In case of breakdown or accident, contact us (and the police where required) immediately. Unauthorised repairs are not reimbursed. Client fault, traffic violations, racing, drift, or unauthorised third-party use remain the client’s responsibility as set out in the contract and service rules.

9. What the daily rate includes (summary)

Unless otherwise stated in the Rental Agreement or car page, the daily rate is for 24 hours with the mileage allowance shown for that vehicle. Indicative extras (see also rates and the service rules): excess mileage typically €2/km; additional driver €25/day; child seat €10/day; city delivery from €50; airport delivery from €100. Comprehensive cover includes an excess (franchise) by vehicle class — not zero excess for everyone in the base rate. Club tiers or paid options may reduce excess only if expressly stated.

10. Website use, privacy and cookies

Do not misuse the website (scraping prices at scale, attacking systems, or overloading services). Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in the Cookie Statement.

11. Company, currency and jurisdiction

Operator: SUPERCAR RENTAL EUROPE, Société anonyme (Belgium), Company Number 0713455190, BCE Belgium, registered at Rue de la Semence 65, Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, 1080 Belgium. Brand: Titane Club. Prices and settlements in EUR. Disputes are governed by the laws of Belgium and the competent Belgian courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Tolls, parking and traffic offences

The Client remains responsible for tolls, parking charges, congestion charges and administrative processing fees related to traffic offences during the rental period.

13. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, war or technical failures.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms together with the Rental Agreement, Service Rules, Privacy Policy and Booking Confirmation constitute the entire agreement between the parties for the relevant booking.

15. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of the customer’s country of residence where such rights cannot legally be excluded.

16. Right to refuse

The Lessor reserves the right to refuse any booking or rental request at its sole discretion, including where verification requirements are not satisfied.
